In our continuous endeavour to improve the selection process for recruitment in Phoenix Infra as a MBP, we have carried out an in-depth study of the competencies required to succeed in Phoenix Infra. As per our research, “PIEIL” is starting across India an exam per month for recruitment of MBP and is known by the name of “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)” exam. The competencies & terms & Conditions which indicated success at the entry level in Phoenix Infra are:
A. MBP (MARKETING BUSINESS PARTNER):
1. Any citizen who is at least 18 years of age can become “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)”.
2. For working in Phoenix Infra Group one should qualify the entrance exam of “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)”.
3. Once certified as “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)” candidate must fulfil the continuing education requirement to stay current on system, financial planning strategies, products, revenue generation and trends affecting their clients.
B. EXAMS:
4. For giving the exam to become “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)” one has to pay 2000/- rs. [500/- rs. enrolment fees + 1500 rs. Fees for Educational pack of 21st Phoenix (discussed later)].
5. For becoming “CPM (Certified PIEIL MBP)” one can walk into any of the designated branch of "PIEIL" and pay their fees in Cash/Cheque/DD/PO/ and get acknowledgement for the same.
